The Raging Dragon Sword and Shield suits tank-oriented warriors because its passive damage scales with bonus health. Its defensive statistics are modest, but it works well for basic-attack tanks and semi-tank junglers, making it a natural fit for Dian Wei.
He may no longer deliver the explosive burst seen during the bugged period, but these items can turn him into a durable fighter with strong sustained damage. Rather than acting as a traditional frontline tank, he should survive, enter at the right moment, and gradually wear opponents down. Skilled players can still use his standard damage build, though its faster output leaves less room for error.
